In Costa Rica a lot of our children go to schools without have breakfast. Some of them don´t eat nothing else apart to de food of school lunches. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the school meal service.

For these reasons a public policy to provide and regulate food services, to avoid the increase in diseases related to eating habits is necessary.
